The Role of Rayyan Air in China Pakistan Economic Corridor – (CPEC)

A banquette was arranged by Royalton Hotel & Rayyan Air at Rawalpindi in Royalton Hotel on June 11, 2015. A Chinese delegation of experts was on their historical visit to Pakistan on the special invitation of Captain FS Bhatti –CEO of Rayyan Air (The ambassador of Pak China Friendship). The delegation led by Mr.Chen Zhijiang deputy commissioner of kashgher has shown their enthusiasm to discuss the Long Term Planning on China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). During the visit, the Chinese experts were highly impressed by the generosity and hospitality of the Pakistani nation.

Captain FS Bhatti –CEO of Rayyan Air and generally known as the ‘Ambassador of Pak China friendship’ has affirmed his determination about providing a permanent air link between Islamabad and Kashgher by increasing the weekly flights of Rayyan Air. Mr. Bhatti in his marvelous speech has explained the prospective long term plans of his air line and transporting of businessmen, tourists, ex and serving personnel of armed forces on special discount and concession rates in the tariff and air passages alike. He continued to divulge about Rayyan Air objectives as how it is playing a vital role at the moment and long term prospective plans during the months and years ahead when CPEC would be fully operational.

Mr. Chen in his speech has admired the warm well come receptions extended to his delegation on arrival in Pakistan. He further elucidated that CPEC is a comprehensive package of cooperative initiatives and projects between the two countries which covers the key areas including connectivity, information network infrastructure, energy cooperation, industries and industrial parks, agricultural development and poverty alleviation, tourism, financial cooperation as well as livelihood improvement including municipal infrastructure, education, public health and people-to-people communication.

During side table talks the both sides emphasized the importance to speed up the process of the CPEC long term plan which is scheduled to be finalized by soon as possible and reiterated their determination to implement the consensus and promote the awareness in their respective countries. It’s known to all people that both nations are determined and have no hesitations in declaring the year 2015 has been termed as the Year of Friendly Exchanges between China and Pakistan to prove to be a year of promise and prosperity for deepening the ever green friendship, friendly cooperation between our two brotherly countries China and Pakistan. The economic Corridor is a fusion of multiple developments in the global, regional, bilateral and domestic contexts. The ultimate objective is peace, prosperity and well being of the people of the two countries, the region and ultimately the world.

It’s also recognized that the global economic landscape has changed dramatically. The main drivers of this change has been technology, trade liberalization, freer capital movements, advances in communication and transportation infrastructure and creation of cross border supply chains. The centre of gravity of the world economy is shifting towards east with the emerging economies growing at a much faster pace than the developed economies. Hence it’s beyond doubt that China Pakistan economic corridor shall open new vista for the future generations in the days, months and the years ahead.

In the entire scenario the Rayyan Air has played a crucial role for which it deserve credit which will be written in golden words whenever the historian would write the objectives of CPEC.
